Job Description

DPS Forward is a new, API-based solution designed for scaling Fintechs and transforming Financial Institutions. The solution is new to market, undergoing rapid development cycles and requires a Product Operations Analyst to ensure the client experience of the product is meeting business and client expectations. We are building a start-up within a large company, so we are seeking people who want to grow and transform a business.

The Product Operations Analyst will be responsible for overseeing the product operations process, reporting on product performance, and using insights to make recommendations and partner to drive improvements. Acting as the conduit between product, client services, and engineering, the analyst will use data and analytics to define, implement, and measure product features and performance in order to understand our customer experiences. We are looking for an Analyst who has worked for a least 2 years in an environment where you have demonstrated an understanding of data, process and procedures, and demonstrates strong cross-term collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the Head of Product Operations for setting up operational reporting, collecting data, and managing milestones.
  • Review the product performance according to key KPIs of operational performance and client consumption.
  • Monitor client experiences and product performance, and identify points of friction for improvement. Working cross-functionally with CS, Product Development and Operations, oversee identified improvements.
  • Analyze large amounts of information and data quickly and effectively to reduce complexity and make recommendations to Head of Product Operations.
  • Maintain and deliver a feedback loop to product managers and product owners, especially in relation to KPI and performance.
  • Project manage small projects to ensure timely delivery and stakeholders are kept up to date.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
• 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Analytics, or equivalent experience or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)

Preferred Qualifications
• 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
• 2-3 years experience working in analytics, preferably product and/or SaaS environment
• Critical thinking ability - Passion to solve complex problems and build scalable processes
• Comfortable working in a high growth, constantly changing environment
• Inquisitive and consultative mindset, rather than reacting to circumstances
• Understanding of the Product Lifecycle and the Agile Software Development Lifecycle
• Some experience of project management
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, flowchart and diagramming software, etc
• Excellent communicator, both written and oral skills
• Ability to create effective content to engage technical and commercial audience

This position has a minimum base salary of $ and a midpoint base salary of $. The base pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, this position is eligible for annual bonus and equity.

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

This position has a minimum base salary of $72,000 and a midpoint base salary of $91,800. The base pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, this position is eligible for annual bonus and equity.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.
