Job Description

Visa is searching for an experienced Executive Administrator to provide on-site support to the Global Customer Marketing leadership team. 

This position will be responsible for a broad range of administrative support duties. The successful candidate has demonstrated the ability to support several senior leaders with varied job roles and to collaborate with peers and others to support departmental and office activities. We are looking for someone who takes great pride in being an Executive Assistant, and who brings a positive can-do spirit to our team.  

This is an exciting position for an experienced administrative and planning professional, looking to develop their skills and work in a dynamic environment across a broad group of globally disbursed contacts.

The Executive Administrator needs to demonstrate strong organization skills, executive presence, and effective communication. This role requires a proactive self-starter who can work independently and proactively and is comfortable with both admin support duties as well as special projects.

Qualifications

Basic

  • Must have a High School diploma or equivalent plus 2-3 years of applicable work experience. 

Preferred

  • You have 3-5 or more years working as an Executive Administrator or Executive Assistant in a fast moving environment, supporting senior leaders, with a high school diploma
  • You have proficiency in managing multiple executive calendars and organizing travel
  • You have strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint / Teams) 
  • You have prior experience managing and track expenses; experience with Oracle iExpense and iProcurement helpful
  • You have exceptional judgment and discretion regarding information, which may be confidential, material and/or non-public
  • Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects effectively
  • You have strong attention to detail 
  • You have excellent communication skills

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.
