Join our growing Central European team and take care of our Swiss clients!


This newly created role is a unique combination of product management, business development, and solution architecture. You will work directly with technology teams, business development and will gain first-hand experience with customer flows.

Your role:

  • Creating solution designs to meet our customers’ business and technology needs.
  • Collaborating and supporting with external and internal stakeholders to adapt product solutions and propositions to the market needs and dynamics.
  • Working closely with sales, technical integration and business development to convert priority clients to Visa product adoption.
  • To help Visa clients understand the adoption of Visa products and services, you will develop POCs and prototypes together with them.
  • Analyze internal and external data in order to gain a deeper understanding of and insight into your products and clients' performance.
  • Understanding the performance and success levers of the product and solution and accelerating, streamlining or adapting it as required.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related professional field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in banking, management consulting, corporate strategy or startups, ideally with a focus on financial services and payments
  • Fluency in German and English.
  • Experience and passion for emerging payments technologies and their potential for changing commerce. Relate to business leaders and developers, communicate with them, and inspire them to use Visa products and solutions to build their new products.
  • Utilize a range of critical skills from quantitative and qualitative analysis, communication, and stakeholder management to effectively manage projects within a high-performing team.
  • Have strong and proven history of working with data and data modelling.
