Job Description

Visa is building out its suite of open banking-related services to support clients in the ecosystem offer more seamless financial experiences and more control over their financial data. Open banking is critical to accelerating Visa’s network-of-networks strategy, enabling interoperable services across the globe.

As part of Visa’s strategic initiatives in this space, we are building out a Consent and data-sharing platform. Key scope for this role will be bringing the product strategy for Visa services related to data sharing and customer consent capture & management, a crucial component of open banking-initiated data and money flows, to live, by leading the commercialisation efforts from the Product side.

This role will have FinTech partner, pricing, risk, marketing, brand, client-services, product, legal, regulatory, and sales-related workstreams. We are looking for a well-rounded commercialisation leader that has experience in working cross-functionality with stakeholders to execute a go-to-market plan.

Specifically, you will focus on...

  • Driving the commercialisation of VISA’s Consent and Data-sharing Platform, which will require you to work cross-functionally with a multitude of stakeholders and to drive you all towards a joint outcome
  • Enabling other regional product, commercialisation, and partnership teams to drive respective efforts in their regions
  • Work with partners / potential clients to validate market demand and to drive revenue opportunities for VISA

What we expect of you, day to day.

  • Take ownership of the go-to-market / commercialisation deliverables and work closely with various internal functions such as Client Support, Marketing, Sales, Brand, Pricing, FinTech partnerships, Commercial Legal, Visa Developer Portal, etc. for the commercial platform launch
  • Work with the regions and markets to identify partners / clients and be closely engaged in these conversations
  • Drive internal risk sign-off processes with multiple stakeholders like legal, data privacy, compliance, etc.
  • Manage large scale, cross-functional programmes to drive and coordinate the commercialisation of Visa’s Consent and Data Sharing platform
  • Become a subject-matter expert that can socialize Visa’s Consent and Data Sharing strategy to leadership as well as externally. Report out on progress, and escalate challenges as needed.

Flex Work Arrangement - Hybrid Position - Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office two days a week, Tuesdays and Wednesdays with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years’ work experience with demonstrated expertise in commercialisation and go-to-market execution, gained at a technology organisation or comparable
  • Natural collaborator with ability to effectively lead cross-functional teams to drive deliverables, projects, and engagements to completion
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Willingness to act decisively and drive workstreams forward in a dynamic, fast-paced, and constantly evolving working environment
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to break down complex work into concise, straightforward ideas and tasks, easily digestible for a range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Broader Product Manager skill set and experience working with Technology is a plus
  • Open Banking experience is a plus.
