Team Summary

Visa Consulting & Analytics (VCA) is Visa's consulting division, serving Visa's clients (including card issuers, acquirers and merchants) and solving their strategic problems, focused on improving performance and profitability. Drawing on our expertise in strategy consulting, payments, data analytics, marketing, operational and macroeconomics, VCA drives high impact projects with tangible financial results.

VCA Managed Services (VMS) is a critical component of our VCA strategy, providing our clients with the execution muscle they require to enhance performance and increase profitability.  VMS brings the ‘best of Visa’ to the clients, playing the role of orchestration layer between client teams and Visa subject matter experts (SMEs).  As clients confront increased challenges in their operating environment whilst also facing capacity constraints and capability gaps, VMS helps to drive implementation or delivery of their strategic initiatives, facilitating significant and tangible value creation.

What an Analyst of VMS, VCA does at Visa:

Reporting to the Head of Visa Consulting and Analytics Taiwan, the Analyst will provide support for market managed services projects aimed at assisting VCA team in deriving value from Visa product and solutions. Success in this role requires proficiency in project management, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration. 

Key Responsibilities include: 

  • Project Management Support: assist in developing of project plans that outline the tasks, responsible and timelines. Coordinate all the areas involved in the projects (both internal and external).

  • Communication Management: act as liaison with functional teams to ensure consistency and collaborative working environment throughout Visa’s local, regional and global groups.

  • Meeting & Event Coordination: schedule meetings, organize logistics such as catering and venue booking. Structure information optimally for analysis to summarize business cases, project results and commercial initiatives. 

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance and comply with the internal administrative requirements of a project management practice. 

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

What you will need:

  • Five years of relevant experience in financial services industry, payments, consulting or similar field.
  • Bachelor's degree or advanced degree.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Skilled in verbal and written communication in both Chinese and English.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • Experience supporting international teams or executives across time zones.
