Plan and define the purpose, scope, objectives, policies and procedures for Configuration Management. Develop and support organizational and technical context for CM processes. Ensure that Configuration Management interfaces directly with Systems Development, Testing, Change Management and Release Management. Also provide strategic IT Governance management and vision. Create, maintain and track goals of program while allocating resources, driving transitions and validating results. Other duties may include consensus building, prioritization of requirements and goals and adjudication of priorities.

Requires experience developing, implementing and sustaining CM/IT Governance strategies and plans. Experience on an IT or Enterprise Architecture Governance body, project portfolio management or shared services management team strongly preferred. Degree and/or ITIL Foundation Certifications strongly preferred.

Intel Agency's experience highly recommended.
