Job Description

Deliver Intelligence-related social and collaborative application training effectively to a wide variety of audiences, including end users, senior managers and technical personnel. Multi-task responsibilities including curriculum development, course materials preparation and course delivery. Deliver high-level training on subjects including Web technology, Netscape, Unix and Oracle applications within MS Office, CWE and Solaris environments. Candidates should be very comfortable with technology in general (e.g., the use of a browser, modern web applications, social networking web sites). Being able to adapt to frequent changes in software features is a must. Will teach classes to groups of between 8 and 20 students. May be asked to brief teams or senior leaders. Will be expected to develop personal work processes that incorporate the available enterprise-wide tools. The ideal candidate will be able to articulate how social software can improve information management within organizations.

MUST HAVE Top Secret/SCI Clearance with Full-scope Polygraph

Ability to deliver briefings effectively to a wide variety of audiences, including end users, senior managers and technical personnel, either in person or online. Ability to work creatively, independently and with minimum guidance. Ability to deal effectively with dynamic priorities and competing demands for scarce resources. Independent skills to deal diplomatically and effectively with students and Government project managers. A thorough understanding of the subject matter to be taught to include appropriate computer systems or applications.
