• The Lawson System Administrator is responsible for planning implementations, maintaining security, performing problem resolution and maintenance of the Lawson Oracle Databases (both Production and Test). Candidate should provide effective and efficient storage, retrieval, customization, and archiving of data by managing diverse data sets to ensure an integrated database system and serves as primary administrator for all Oracle functions and primary contact for all support issues.
• The Lawson System Administrator also takes part in the database and security maintenance of non-Lawson systems as needed including SCI Schedule Maximizer and takes part in Disaster Recovery planning and testing.

Candidates whose background and expertise satisfy most of the following selection criteria are sought:

• Provide system administration and support for the Bank's UNIX environment and application software, hosted on IBM's AIX servers.
• Participate with infrastructure administrators in the review, development and deployment of new/improved system scripts for backups, automated starts and stops of applications and servers, and other processes.
• Perform System administration functions to support UNIX environment and hosted applications with special concentration on Lawson environment LSF9.0 software
• Lawson System Foundation (LSF), Lawson 9 applications, Lawson web and self-service applications, Lawson EDI, Lawson LBI, Lawson Fax Integrator, Lawson Process Flow, IBM LDAP (Tivoli), IBM HTTP Server, BSI Tax Factory, IBM WebSphere,
• IBM HACMP Administration and troubleshooting
• PeopleSoft Knowledge on Installation and troubleshooting on AIX
• Oracle Database Kernel Installation, CPU installation and troubleshooting on AIX
• PegaSystems Knowledge on Installation and troubleshooting on AIX
• CA Access Control Installation and administration with troubleshooting for Unix - AIX
• Swift Installation and Administration on AIX

Our standard benefits include:

• Eight (8) Paid Holidays (New Year’s Day, Birthday of Martin Luther King, Jr, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day)
• Two (2) Floating Holidays - taken any time during the year, Holidays accrue at the rate of 3.08 hrs per pay check based on a 26 week payroll cycle, MUST be taken for snow days or client observed holidays, if you work on site
• Fifteen (15) PTO Days (Personal Time Off - this combines vacation and sick time) - accrues at rate of 4.62 hours per paycheck based on a 26 week payroll cycle.
• Unused vacation will be issued as a check at the end of your anniversary; PTO cannot be rolled over to next year
• 50% Health and Dental insurance coverage after 30 days of employment with us only for employees.  This coverage becomes effective on the first of calendar month following your initial 30 days of employment. 
• STD, LTD and One time Life Insurance policies will be extended to all full time employees at no cost after 30 days of employment
• All employees are eligible to participate in our 401k plan after 90 days of employment with us.  Employer match to the 401k is 4%
• All full time employees must undergo a general background investigation and a drug test for this position.  Annual random drug test may also be conducted at no cost on any full time employee of the company
