Job Description

The Human Resources Executive will be a member of the Core Management team at VizExperts India. This opening is for positions in the Delhi/NCR region, with the closest VizExperts office being in Gurgaon.

VizExperts provides integrated solutions to various clients in 3D Graphics-based technologies. These solutions are mainly used for Defence Research, Operations Planning & Monitoring and Training of Security forces, including Police, Paramilitary and Defence forces.

You reports to Manager Operations and No one reports to you. You are One-Man/Woman-Army.

The main responsibilities of the Human Resources Executive include:

  • Assisting the management in evolving personnel policies and programmes for VizExperts such as, CTC Structure, Travel Policy, Work Life Policy, Leave Policy, Recruitment Policy, Employee Compensation and Benefits Policy etc.
  • Instituting change-management practices in the organisation and facilitating their acceptance by the employees/staff across hierarchical levels.
  • Develop Employee Handbook for VizExperts.
  • Ensuring that HR support requirements are fulfilled at all business sites and resolving issues of interpersonal conflicts and related problems.
  • Collating and preparing reports for appraisal system as per performance review and development plan/based on KRA (Key Result Areas)/other modules of appraisals.
  • Drafting the confirmation/revision/increment/promotion letters according to the rating of appraisal system by respective departmental heads.
  • Coordinating appraisal process across the levels and establishing framework for substantiating Performance appraisal system linked to Reward Management.
  • Designing and implementing remuneration and other reward systems to maximize performance.
  • Managing the payment of bonus, full and final settlement for outgoing employees.
  • Handling payroll process for employees and maintaining the updated salary data for all employees.
  • Steering the staffing, recruitment & retention process across VizExperts Family.
  • Monitoring and assessing performance of various recruitment service providers/placement consultants.
  • Issuing all official letters/mails generated through HR Department and ensuring completion of joining formalities.
  • Identifying training needs across levels through mapping of skills required for different roles and analyzing the existing level of competencies by the help of Departmental Heads.
  • Preparing and conducting induction training for new joinees & departmental transfer candidates/employees.
  • Designing several training modules including presentation skills, leadership & motivation skills, team building, right attitude towards life and work as well as creative way of working goal setting by the help of Internal/External Training Manager/Consultant.
  • Ensuring implementation and improvisation of HR Policies and Processes as per the organization's needs.
  • HR budgeting and costing on employees.
  • Supervise/Coordinate Monthly HR MIS for Management Review Meets.
  • Ensuring satisfactory audit ratings from various audits conducted by Internal and External Auditors.
  • Supervise & ensure adherence to Operational HR activities – Payroll, Leave & Attendance, Joining Formalities, etc.
  • Ensure adherence to HR policies & procedures & improvise/review the same periodically.

Performance Management Compensation and Benefits Recruitment, Resourcing & Employee Relations Training and Development HR Processes and Audits Accountability

The Sr. Human Resources Executive  will be accountable to the Manager, Operations with secondary accountability to the other operations team members, hiring managers, employees and customers of the company.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any field

MBA desirable

Additional Information

Experience: 

0-1 Years or more in Human Resources

Experience in a functional role like engineering, marketing or administration preferred

Verbal Communication

Good. Should know English if Hindi is not his/her mother tongue. Communication should be precise and clear.

Written Communication

Proficient in English (required for all team communications).

Computer Literacy

MS Office including PowerPoint, Word & Excel

Concepts

  • HR concepts like Hiring, Induction, Placement, Training, and Performance management
  • Employee relations management
  • Understanding of organizational structures and behaviors
