Job Description
Ensure smooth HR processes and 100% accurate integration into payroll. To provide an efficient data processing and administration and specialised service (Tax compliance and IRP 5 submission) to our customer's employees in order to ensure accurate and punctual on-boarding and off- boarding activities. To perform all the process activities and parameters listed out in the KRA (refer section 10/attachment). Responsible for delivering a comprehensive service to the applicable customer base from an operational perspective. Ensure all activities are executed in accordance with the relevant policies and procedures, month-end and/or payroll closure schedules and applicable Service Level Agreements.
Specialized duties:
· IRP 5 – testing, submissions, reconciliations, queries, amendments and knowledge and understanding of SARS BRS
· Share files – uploads, payments
· Master data validations
· Monthly payroll run – full knowledge and understanding off the process
· SAP system testing,
· Annual increments – calculations, package structuring, uploads
· Bulk uploads and reconciliations - TOMS, EUD, Petrol 80/20
Payroll products:
· UIF – calculations and UI19 / salary schedule form completions
· IRP 5 – handle queries and understanding the wage type and source code per BRS
· Pension fund – handle queries, option calculations and tax benefit calculations
· Payslips – query handling and knowledge of all items reflecting on the payslip
· Management Provident fund – EE engagement for clarification
· Interfaces – External/Internal upload compile and reconciliation
· Salary calculations – manual and previous year calculations
· Off cycle payments and quarterly payments
· Emergency loans/ Staff debt – create, clear and documentation resolution
· Payroll reporting to finance
· Medical – monthly in-service audit report, yearly special dependant audit, annual option changes and contribution increments
· Tax calculations and queries
· Vehicle insurance benefit uploads and tax alignment
Qualifications
Matric/Degree would be preferred
Essential
· At least 2-year Proven experience on SAP
· Legislation and tax knowledge
· IRP 5 submissions and tax reconciliations
· Payroll working experience
Systems
· Microsoft – word, excel, power point, outlook
· SAP working knowledge.
· Communication skills
