Credible activist: A sound HR professional with credibility in the business, with good stakeholder relationships and a team player

Strategic positioner: One who understands the global business context, takes initiation, support and take ownership on delivering to the HR team and to the location

Innovator and integrator: Has the ability to innovate and work with the HR leadership to integrate HR practices around critical business issues
 

Duties and Responsibility:

· Managing end to end activities related to the the recruitment and onboarding process

· Draft and post adverts in relation to technical job requirements for the organization

· Source potential candidates through various sourcing platforms and social media

· Perform pre-screening phone calls to analyze applicants’ abilities against requirements

· Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)

· Managing employee connects with all employee at different stages of employment.

· Manage Employee queries and resolving them with the support of relevant stakeholders

· Leading and Support on all employee engagement, R&R activities initiated by HR and Business units

·  Assisting on location and Global HR audits along with the HR leadership

· Implementing and Maintaining trackers and Databases on recruitment progress

·  Preparation of analysis reports and pro-active remedial action as an when required

·  Take initiation and work closely with the HR leadership on HR Projects and implementations 

Qualifications

- Excellent communication skills in English is a mandatory requirement.

- 3+ Years’ Experience in HR covering either Recruitment, Employee relations, Engagement and HR operations would be highly preferred. 

- Well versed in HR systems and platforms

- Should be well versed with local labor laws and employment market

- Degree or Professional Qualification in Human Resources from a recognized institute/University.

- Should be well versed with MS Office packages with high level exposure on Excel and Power point presentations.
