Job Description

  • To manage and assign work as per agreed TAT
  • Monitor and Manage team's performance as per defined KPIs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure quick, efficient and accurate turnaround for the assigned work stream
  • Managing daily reporting and governance
  • Team rostering and management of performances
  • Assist on production/quality checks as per requirement

 

    Qualifications

    Skillset:

    • Minimum qualification - High School diploma is required; Any Degree preferred
    • Good communication skills (verbal and written) - English
    • 4 years+ of work experience in BPO/BPM industry
    • Hands on experience on MS Excel or similar application
    • Good Analytical & Decision Making skills
    • Knowledge of MS office

     

      Additional Information

      • Working Hours:

      • US Working hour between – 2pm – 12am. (Rotational shifts)
      • Night shift Allowance dependent on shift rotations
