Job Description

Role Overview: This role manages key enablement platforms, ensures seamless integrations, optimizes performance, and provides training and support to maximize adoption and effectiveness. The ideal candidate will drive process efficiencies, maintain data integrity, and align tools with our go-to-market strategy. Key Responsibilities: 1. Tool & Software Management Oversee GTM tools, ensuring optimal configuration, integrations, performance, and ongoing enhancements. Provide training, troubleshooting support, and best practice guidance for tool adoption and utilization. Conduct regular audits and collaborate cross-functionally to improve tool functionality and efficiency. 2. Tools & Applications Oversight Manage and optimize the following key platforms: Mindtickle – Own backend management, upload content, create certification templates, conduct audits, maintain vendor relationships, and oversee tool expansions. Gong – Support implementation, analysis, and enablement for revenue teams. LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LeadiQ, Loopio, Lusha, Outreach – Ensure seamless integration and utilization for sales and GTM teams. 3. Stakeholder Enablement Align GTM tools with broader sales and revenue strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Develop training materials, documentation, and onboarding programs for tool adoption. Gather and incorporate stakeholder feedback for continuous improvement. 4. Data & Insights Management Maintain data accuracy and integrity across GTM tools. Develop reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to sales, revenue, and enablement teams. Leverage analytics to optimize tool usage and decision-making. 5. Security & Compliance Enforce data security measures and access controls across GTM tools. Conduct regular security audits and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
