Job Description
- Provide exceptional customer service to our travelers
- Book flights, hotels, and cars using Global Distribution Systems (GDS)
- Issue, reissue, and refund flight tickets on GDS
- Respond to traveler inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
Qualifications
- Proficient in using GDS commands to book and manage travel arrangements
- Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- At least HS Graduate
- At least 1 year experience of using GDS
