Job Description

WONGDOODY, one of the West Coast’s leading independent marketing services agencies, is looking for an ambitious, proven sales closer to drive the growth of the agency’s business, beginning with our below-the-line services including in-store/retail efforts. We have ambitious plans for growth, and will offer nearly unlimited earning potential for the right person who can help us achieve them.

With a 23-year history and a track record of national engagements for clients including T-Mobile and Microsoft, WONGDOODY’s in-store marketing business is looking to attract new clients in the Pacific Northwest. Unique among in-store marketing resources, WONGDOODY provides clients the creative, strategic, and account management offering of a full-service, award-winning advertising agency, with the specialized expertise and cost-effective production capabilities of a traditional in-store marketing firm. The company currently produces over 5,000 jobs a year, ranging from motion graphics and touch screen kiosk experiences to traditional in-store posters and signage.

The business has more than doubled over the last three years organically. With the benefit of a dedicated sales executive focused on finding new clients, we believe the opportunity for future growth is significant, for both below- and above-the-line work. We have a great track record, compelling work to show, and a proven team that delivers what clients need. We need someone to open doors inside new client organizations to win new business.

Working with WONGDOODY management, the ideal candidate will focus first on a targeted list of prospects in the Pacific Northwest, and work to secure meetings with key decision makers in marketing, procurement, and production who can provide opportunities to the agency. The successful candidate will also manage the development of sales materials, and the formulation and execution of an outreach strategy to pre-qualified leads. The right candidate will collaborate with agency resources to prepare for meetings, prepare presentations, respond to RFPs, and will take the lead in creating scopes of work and pricing proposals.
