Job Description

Through their expert sales team comprised of agents trained specifically to work with buyers, they have the skills and knowledge of bank procedures to ensure the best negotiation efforts possible. Waller Group agents are equipped with enhanced training to ensure the best resources available. Waller Group resources include best mortgage guarantee and complimentary moving services, among many other affiliations and networks, to ensure uncompromised buyer representation. 

This is a commission only position but the firm provides leads, training, and support to help becandidates successful. Average earning is around $65,000 (net) for first year agents. 

Office is located near Highland Park and caters to the Dallas market. This is an independent agency with 40 agents. Potential for career advancement is strong and training and coaching sessions are included at no cost. 


Texas Real Estate License preferred. Must be willing to obtain a license upon hiring. Waller Group Homes will offer a discount in pre-licensing course with Kaplan
