The Wealshire of Bloomington is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. The Wealshire of Bloomington is an assisted living community that strives to provide the best care possible in order to give people with dementia a sense of well-being by living with pride and dignity.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Provide direct care to residents in an assisted living community.
2. Set-up and administer medications as assigned.
3. Be responsible for observing, intervening, resolving, and documenting any significant changes.
4. Ensure that unlicensed staff perform their duties and responsibilities in a timely, quality manner, and reports concerns accordingly.
5. Maintain an environment that achieves high quality of care of residents.

1. Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
2. Must be licensed as a LPN in MN.
3. Must completed CEUs each year as required to maintain LPN licensure.
