Job Description

CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD

The Senior Program Manager of RPLANS responsible to conduct the program and be the primary interface with the customer.  

• Responsible for understanding customer requirements and assisting in driving program execution in accordance with the contract, SOW, PWS or other documents

• Leads the RPLANS Team to insure total customer support is coordinated and focused among programs within the Webhead portfolio. 

• Foster a good working relationship with strategic partners, vendors and ability to interface with key stakeholders. Achieve program financial goals. 

• Always maintain a customer focus and facilitation of problem resolution is a key requirement for this position. 

• Investigate issues, analyze concerns, and prepare responses

• Provides the Monthly Status Report (MSR) as directed in the contract, by task and hours

The position has an externally facing role, in support of the program, managing clients relationships and in the community with a heavy emphasis on internal team management and development, and supporting established standards of performance across all programs:


• Maintain visibility into task performance and accomplishments

• Ensure training needs are developed and implemented

Leadership

• Cultivate existing relationships with employees, clients, vendors, partners with the goal of ensuring sufficient resources, access to services/solutions and best value pricing. 

• Develop and implement strategies that will maximize the synergies among programs.

Team Management and Development

• Support and help develop objective key performance measurements across all sites, to ensure consistent, high-quality evaluation and goal setting for all employees

• Instill a sense of accountability among team members by modeling tight oversight of individual and organization performance standards

Program Operational Management

• Use the company goals, objectives, business unit budget, and program dashboard, establish consistent and objective program performance standards of accountability

Qualifications

Education Requirements, Work Experience, and Qualifications:

• Minimum BS in Computer Science, Information Systems or Management; PMP Certified – or equivalent certification

• Working experience with DoD real property lifecycle business policies, practices, and procedures.

• At least ten (10) years of experience managing Information Systems and two (2) years managing government Contracts working with DoD data sources and systems 

• Ten (10) years of demonstrated or related work experience in DoD real property lifecycle management.

CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD 

Must be have and retain a SECRET clearance

Travel: May require some travel based upon business objectives and goals

Physical Requirements: 

This position primarily consists of working indoors in an office environment. In the course of the employees duties he/she may travel to customer sites to perform essential job duties.
