Job Description
As an SAP FICO Systems Configuration Analyst with a minimum of 5 years' experience in full life cycle SAP FI/CO implementations, you will support and coordinate ongoing business process improvements to provide customerspecific services while achieving desired level of operational excellence, efficiency and effectiveness.
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from fouryear college or university in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration,
• Management Information Systems, Engineering, Technology, or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in full life cycle implementations of SAP FI & CO modules with knowledge in AR, AP, GL, Fixed Assets, Credit Management, Controlling, COPA, Profitability Management, Product Costing preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of integration with MM and SD, Master data and New GL.
• Excellent communication skills
RESPONSIBILITIES include the implementation, support, and enhancement of the SAP Finance and Controlling (FI/CO) modules by performing the following:
IMPLEMENTATION
• Collecting and documenting detailed requirements
• Analyzing requirements and designing solutions using SAP best practices
• Developing Tobe business process flows
• Configuring SAP Finance and Controlling modules
• Performing integration and system testing to ensure proper functioning of the solutions with the other modules.
• Preparing test scripts
• Coordinating with the users to test the solutions.
• Developing business process documentation and user training manuals.
• Training the key users and end users.
• Implementing cross functional solutions by working with cross functional implementation team.
• Planning and coordinating cutover activities for smooth transition.
• Performing data migration.
• Providing post Golive support to the users.
• Preparing necessary documentation such as configuration, gap fit analysis, decisions taken.
• Developing functional specifications for development objects and working with the development team to deploy completed solutions.
SUPPORT AND ENHANCEMENT
• Using knowledge of international business processes to incorporate best practices into the international business environment
• Applying knowledge of SAP Finance and Controlling modules and functional knowledge in finance functions to document/enhance current business functions and processes
• Supporting SAP Finance and Controlling modules for all the operations and departments by providing solutions to problems
• Leveraging to implement global solutions
• Leading, developing, and implementing systems and reporting for Global Finance Workgroup
• Coordinating support and development of Financial and Business Intelligence reporting for all operations and departments. • Implementation of new initiatives by
