The company is a joint venture, Dutch/Ghanaian company. The company supplies artificial manure and agricultural inputs to farmers and organizations that occupy themselves with the cultivating of namely corn but also soybeans and cotton. It is namely about training and education on how to improve the corn production. 

 -          Work closely together with the General Manager and other functional managers to develop and implement strategic business plans for the company

-          Work together with other functional managers to determine operational goals and motivate achievements.

-          Monitor and guard activities of employers of the company

-          Provide leadership and hands-on operational training and development for employees.

-          Take care of up-to-date information of all operational activities

-          Develop a broad network of project stakeholders that are involved with the company's activities within the product regions

-          Coordinates all project based and operational activities of the company in relation to stock farming, harvest, post harvest training and maintenance of the farm

-          Take charge of customized operational software

Expresses challenges:

-          Manage and expand existing flood management programs

-          An efficient logistical strategy for input orders and transport of the co-op inputs  

-          Set up a system to collect the harvested corn at members, wash the crops and package them. Arrange suited storage and gass. 

-          Bachelor or master in an agrologistic/agro operational/agro supply chain field is a must

-          Experience in the same field

-          Creative and practical

-          Motivating coach and team player

-          Good organizer

-          Fluent in English (Dutch is a pre)

-          Willing to live in the bush and make long days

-          Driver’s licence
