The company is a joint venture, Dutch/Ghanaian company. The company supplies artificial manure and agricultural inputs to farmers and organizations that occupy themselves with the cultivating of namely corn but also soybeans and cotton. It is namely about training and education on how to improve the corn production. 

 -          Work independently and is responsible for setting up, developing and execute the seed-bed/seed-beds of cultivating material for the agricultural sector

-          Executes pilot with small scale farmers with local seed-beds for cultivating material under the cooperation. This leads to the cultivation pond for large scale setting up of production of cultivating material in the northern region of Ghana.

-          Monitor and guard the activities of employers of the company

-          Provide leadership and hands-on operational training and development of employers

-          Take care of up-to-date information of all locations under his department, collect and saved for monitoring ends

-          Take care of reports for the CEO of high quality and available in time for presentation senior management

-          Develop a broad network for project stakeholders that are involved with the company and the company's activities within the product regions

-          Coordinate all projectbased and operational activities, in relation to stock farming, harvest, post harvest training and maintenance of the seed-beds

Expresses challenges:

-          Set-up and develop seed-bed/seed-beds in the northern region of Ghana, where cultivating material is developed for different Agricultural sectors

-          Develop an effective logistic strategy for the sector to switch from seed to cultivating material

-          Set up and manage a pilot with unions under irrigation where experiments with breeding is being done 

-          Bachelor or master in an agrologistic/agro operational/agro supply chain field is a must

-          Experience in the same field

-          Creative and practical

-          Motivating coach and team player

-          Good organizer

-          Fluent in English (Dutch is a pre)

-          Willing to live in the bush and make long days

-          Driver’s licence
