-       Responsible for rightly applying work processes

-       Manage a team of 20 to 30 team members

-       Together with your team responsible for customer satisfaction

-       Teamplayer

-       People’s manager

-       Analytic mindset

-       Prioritize

-       Excellent computer skills (Word, Excell and Power Point)

-       Good communication skills in word and writing

-       Customer satisfaction

-       Able to unite a team

-       Draw up reports

-       Fluent English and Dutch, French is a advantage but not mandatory

-       Available as from today

-       HBO or comparable

Conditions of employment

-       Salary MAD 10.000 – 13.000
-       Contract with 3 months’ probation plus CNSS (health insurance)
