The lodge is comfortably close to shopping centres, restaurants, and cultural centres, but it is the breath-taking natural surroundings that will charm every visitor.

This is the ideal place to stay for a longer period as there is so much to explore in the area: discover the Wine lands, Hermanus, Franschoek, the Overberg... And so much more!

A number of facts:

• Family run business by a couple with two children from the age 12 and 14. They do all management and customer contact activities themselves. For cleaning and maintenance activities they hire 4 people.

• 4 star level.

• 11 luxurious rooms, 2 self-contained rooms and a conference room for 12 people.

• This lodge is known for its simplicity and quality, spacious modern rooms with nice decoration, great customer service, relaxed but professional approach, intense support to guests to make their stay memorable, average stay 7 days, lots of return customers.

They are looking for: 

• The following period: 6 months from Oct 15th - April 15th 2016

• A young couple (25-35).

• You have to be willing to take separate shifts. This makes working hours do-able and gives both enough time off. Planning is to have one full and two half days off together a week. 

• Space for own initiative (diners, marketing, social media, etc.).

• Preferably speaks Dutch, English and German.

Responsibilities:

- Breakfast

- Cleaning of the lounge

- Check in/ check out

- Cleaning and staff planning cleaning department

- Shopping / staff transport

- Presence during duty hours

The Offer

1. A large self-catering room with kitchen, a bathroom with excellent facilities, Satellite TV, air-conditioning

3. A car available full time. Petrol cost on own account.

4. Acceptable working hours that make it possible to enjoy the region as well.
