This Riad has only opened its doors last Christmas. The Riad is decorated in a unique blend of the traditionally Moroccan style and a touch of Western luxury. The Riad has a collection of five varied rooms, all en suite. There is a fantastic roof terrace and swimming pool for relaxation of the customers. Tourist and business visitors come to appreciate the tasteful and comfortable accommodation, warm hospitality and excellent service.

You are end responsible for the Riad, will be living on the premises and are first point of contact for the guests. You will have many tasks. Customer contact, entertaining and hosting, reception, maintenance, but also marketing, upselling and very importantly, finance. Also managing approximately 5 staff members is a continues task. You report to the Dutch owners oversees. Every day is different and you will be confronted with multiple interesting challenges every day. Main thing is to keep the customers happy whilst running all other work at the same time. A challenging job!

Requirements: 

• Language: French, English and preferable other languages

• Experience: 5+ years business experience (tourism or hospitality experience not a must)

• Leadership skills

Terms of employment:

• 3 month trial period, USD300 nett, accommodation & food allowance 

• After 3 months USD600 nett, accommodation & food allowance
