Job Description
As a NPI Engineer, you will be responsible in working with engineering teams in US and Asia to support product development, factory readiness and Pre-RAMP to get the factory ready to produce in high volume. You will support the program strategy and factory requirements for high volume manufacturing.
You are required to pull multi organizations together to achieve the above objectives and need to have good written and communication skills. Good command in English language is required, as you will be working together with individuals and organizations from multiple countries
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
New Product
- Support all factory efforts to prepare, supporting development builds, and customer samples thru VPR
- Support factory cross-functional teams to resolve program issues. This will ensure program objectives and deliverables are achieved
- Perform New Product Launch activities, Product and Program management throughout product life cycle, and Engineering Change Control
- Support Engineering Change implementation to MFG site by coordination with Development and MFG related person to establish Engineering Change effectiveness in MFG site to meet business requirements
- Inventory management control.
- Perform operation or deploy an appropriate instruction and report
- Generates creative ideas and/or solutions to improve the status quo with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Perform related work as assigned
- Supervise technicians in responsibility to accomplish job in most effective way
- Understand and able to apply IMS policy
Qualifications
REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
- Strong technical knowledge in area of study
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
PREFERRED:
- Computer and Microsoft basics
- Good in English communication
