Job Description

We are looking for an action oriented, team player to join our customer service team. As a part of the team you will be supporting new and existing products, services and processes. You'll interact with customers over the phone, by email, fax and snail mail. You must be a "glass half-full" individual that has a willingness to help our users and customers with a smile in your voice, even in tough situations.

We're a small team that is focused on results and providing the best experience for our users and customers. To be considered, we're asking for prior experience in customer service or sales where you worked with CRM software, email management software or other forms of customer service technology. You must also have extensive experience with Word and Excel to be a good fit.

Qualifications

  • 4 year degree
  • Experience with Word & Excel
  • Previous call center, customer service or sales experience
  • Must be technology minded
  • Demonstrated ability to stay positive in negative situations
