We are now seeking a Marketing Director to create and execute strong marketing programs that drive sales and build this company through overall brand management, E-commerce, public relations, event marketing, advertising, social media communications, and community outreach.

Experience in Agriculture, Sciences comparable industries preferred

Responsibilities

· Consistently drive to improve and develop the Whittlesey culture and brand.

· Develop and execute annual marketing and media plans including brand marketing, sponsorship and community development, social media, public relations, trade marketing, events, and field marketing.

· Manage all aspects of this company to build brand awareness and develop loyalty both internally, through our distribution partners, with consumers, and with the media.

· Develop and manage the Marketing budget.

· Work with Sales to develop product promotions and implement supporting media, POS, and merchandise.

· Oversee inbound web and social media communications to answer questions quickly, identify any potential problems, and develop engaging interactions with followers and media.

· Manages strategic and community awareness efforts.

Skills and Knowledge

· Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Advertising, Marketing, Public Relations or related field preferred. Relevant work experience will be considered.

· Competency in analyzing and reporting on marketing metrics.

· Highly motivated with demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple responsibilities, work independently and cross functionally with teams.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Open, transparent, and honest.
