Sr. Java Developer/Lead who is a hybrid between a Senior Java Developer and a Solutions Architect who can remain technical but also function in a lead capacity.

12 + MONTHS

Experience in a Lead or Architect capacity- this person will be leading a team of 4-6 people

5-7+ years of experience as a Java Developer

Excellent verbal and written communication skills (must be 9/10 or better)

• Writing professional, clear and concise emails is also a must for this position.
  
•  Must be extremely articulate when communicating and facilitating with the business.
• They need to answer questions directly and accurately (communication).

The Job

• Lead the team which purely means making sure the team does their job when they are assigned enhancements, etc.
  
• Troubleshooting, coding and development experience
• They will need to document root cause analysis, consult with the business.
• Work with onshore and offshore outsourced providers, work with development and support.
• Understand the customers requirement and write up a high level design of the business request
• They will need to document root cause analysis, consult with the business.
• Work on projects in an "architect" capacity
•  Handling production issues
•  Acting as the SME/Lead with onshore and offshore providers
•  Troubleshoot when the support team is limited and cannot get to it
•  Work with multiple teams and projects simultaneously
