Job Description

Wolt is embarking on an exciting journey with the launch of Wolt B2B, a new business line dedicated to delivering innovative solutions for business customers. In the B2B area, restaurants and other businesses can get goods, such as ingredients for restaurants, delivered to their door through Wolt Courier Partners from Denmark’s big and small wholesalers. After successfully piloting our operations in Denmark last year, we’re now ready to scale.
Wolt’s inside sales function is responsible for acquiring restaurants and other merchants to Wolt’s B2B platform on the phone.
Day-to-day you will own and manage all stages of your sales funnel from establishing first contact to getting a signature. You will be contacting restaurants and other merchants on the phone in all areas of Denmark. Additionally, you might help our B2B Sales Managers to book meetings. Your manager will provide training and coaching, and we expect that high-performing Sales Associates will follow a career path to become Sales Managers over time. Previous experience in sales is preferred, but most important is your motivation and interest to learn sales.
What you’ll be doing:
Manage your own portfolio of leads that you systematically contact
Book and execute meetings to acquire new restaurants and merchants to use Wolt’s B2B platform
Ensure seamless handover to merchant onboarding team
Collaborate with the sales team on improving sales methodologies and processes

You are a strong communicator and have fundamental commercial understanding
You’re fluent in both Danish and English, both spoken and written. Your main focus will be on managing a portfolio of businesses in the Danish region
Preferably, you have some outbound sales experience
Preferably, you have experience with or in the hospitality industry
