Job Description

Role background
As the global Cx (Consumer) Business partner, you will own one of our global planning modules. You’ll serve as a strategic finance partner to the Global Consumer business team, providing the financial insights and guidance needed to drive key decisions and strategies at scale. You’ll lead the planning, forecasting, and reporting of one of our planning modules, ensuring that our financial outlook is aligned with operational goals and growth objectives. Your work will have a direct impact on optimizing business performance, driving efficiencies, and supporting investment decisions that fuel our global expansion.
What you’ll be doing
- Strategic Thought Partnering: Work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to align on key business goals, helping guide strategic decisions with data-driven insights.
- Financial Reporting & Planning: Own the financial model. Lead the planning and modeling efforts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with overall company objectives.
- Investment & Capital Allocation: Drive recommendations around investment opportunities and capital allocation to maximize returns, improve efficiency, and drive growth.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor business performance, identifying trends and insights that can improve decision-making and operational efficiency.
- Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate financial insights and recommendations to a wide range of stakeholders, ensuring they understand the financial implications of strategic decisions.
Qualifications
- Relevant experience in Strategic Finance, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, or Consulting at a high-growth technology startup or well-established company
- Very advanced modeling skills; ability to translate complex and dynamic operational drivers into financial models.
- A strong communicator, able to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders.
- Proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring precision and accuracy.
- Proven success in project management, operational execution and performance management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
