Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- The Casino Marketing Host Services Coordinator is responsible for supporting and acting as a liaison to all Casino Marketing/Hosts and executing their requests.
- They will act as an extension of all aspects of Casino Marketing when dealing with guests and other departments.
- Track information related to booking restrictions, promotions and room rates.
- Book hotel accommodations, shows, limousine service, dining reservations and amenities for Casino guests.
- Handle reservation revisions and check-outs.
- Produce a casino no-show reservations report as well as host in-house reports.
- Manage the Casino Cabana block.
- Issue comps as required for Casino customers and requested by Casino Hosts for their VIP’s.
- Manage the Villa calendar.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One year minimum experience in a Casino Marketing environment.
- Knowledge of hospitality/casino software including Opera, Patron, Go Concierge and Open Tee.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Excel and Outlook).
- Must be organized, personable, possess the ability to communicate well and be able to multi task in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have the ability to make decisions regarding comps based on company policy.
- Must be 21 years or older and able to obtain Nevada Gaming Registration.
