Client Environment Background
The Information Systems network is comprised of several components. These range from local Database servers, Citrix servers, Radius servers, Web servers, Internet/Intranet portal servers, and Storage Area Networks. Operating systems include Windows 2003/2008, Linux Advanced Server, and Windows XP/Vista/7 workstations.
Job Description
Daily task include:
- Leading implementation of Imaging solution for all desktops and laptops ( a must)
- Creating and unlocking user accounts in active directory
- Installing and configuring FileHold
- Creating/Unlock accounts and sessions in Citrix Zen Center /Xserve
- Support Creston AV systems
- Preparing and testing conference rooms for training and meetings
- Preparing new computers for users
- Diagnose and resolve problems in response to service requests, telephone calls, emails and employee requests for technical support related to IT
- Installing and configuring networked printers
- Track and monitor the problems in the clients ticketing system (Managed Engine Service Desk Plus) and insure a timely resolution
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain customer hardware and software
- Provide customer training
- Working with vendors to support equipment
- Responsible for managing the customer’s computer Image process

- Microsoft SQL Server
- Windows XP/Vista/7; Migration from XP/Vista to 7
- Microsoft Office 2003/2007/2010, Word Perfect, Adobe Systems
- Filehold v12.3
- Experience managing imaging projects a must
