This role responsibilities include: development, pricing, maintenance and ongoing management. Responsibilities include support in the delivery of services to customers, including training and preventative maintenance of products. 

Job Description

•Develop sales, marketing and operational strategies and programs that maximize warranty and service contract revenue opportunities

•Implements, maintains and executes contracts and warranty programs and services.

•Monitors contract expirations and develops & coordinates plan to execute potential contract renewals.

•Works directly with Marketing and Sales teams to establish pricing, new service program offerings and incentivizes Sales team

•Maintains System for accurate asset and warranty tracking by customer.

•Ensures delivery of other value added service including training, product upgrades, refurbishment and preventive maintenance programs.

•Establishes written procedures and work processes for operational activities for Capital Sales Support programs.

•Drives continuous improvement for all Capital Sales Support, Warranty & Service Contract programs.

•Develops and maintains reporting for same programs, including profitability of programs and sales effectiveness / customer interest.

•Acts as point of contact for escalations for same programs

COMPENSATION:

$78-98K plus 15% bonus

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree
• Minimum 7 years’ experience with extended warranty / service contract
• Experience with contracting and contractual obligations
• Experience in warranty and service contract pricing & sales execution
• Experience with MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Demonstrated presentation and communications skills
• Analytical skills, ability to analyze complex data / market needs
• Demonstrated ability to effectively handle multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
