This leader drives the annual budget process and provides budget reporting and analysis. Serves as the Finance liaison. Uses advanced financial analysis techniques to provide actionable information for decision making. Great role!

• Lead the development of the budget calendar and driving the annual budget process and semi-annual reforecasts for operational and capital budgets.
• Work with executive management to prepare and maintain accurate budgets by location, department, and consolidated
• Prepares timely monthly reports and scorecards on budget performance and reviews with budget owners, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and increase profits.
• Consults with departments to provide financial advice & analysis to improve decision making, productivity, and delivery of services.
• Analyzes and interprets managerial and financial documents and information to verify the accuracy and completeness of data provided, and evaluates and explains the information to management.
• Uses advanced financial analysis techniques to evaluate business opportunities and manage the financial resources of the organization such as strategic forecasts, pro forma analyses, and investment analyses.
• Develops and maintains operational and financial reports and dashboards to help drive business decisions

COMPENSATION:

80,000-86,000 plus 13-16% bonus target

• Bachelor’s degree 

• Demonstrated financial analysis skill set.

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

• Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations  to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.

• Team player
