Z has just under 200 Retail service stations across New Zealand offering customers fantastic service, world class fuels and great convenience stores with awesome food and drink on the go. We could not do what we do without the partnership with our Retailers.

We are on the lookout for an extraordinary people leader to join our Retailer team to operate 14 awesome service stations in Taranaki, Wanganui and the Manawatu region.

You will join a group of like-minded and passionate Z retailers throughout the country, who partner with Z’s support framework to deliver exceptional service to our customers and results to your business.   

The successful candidate will have experience in building strong relationships and leading people in a fast -paced environment.

You will need to exemplify both strong commercial acumen and innovative thinking to identify new opportunities. A track record of implementing solutions to drive sales growth, and a passion for operational execution is essential, with a relentless pursuit of putting the customer at the centre of all that you do. Are you up for the challenge?

Experience needed:

• An exceptional track record of developing, motivating, and inspiring others in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong commercial business acumen and a background in operational excellence.
• A history of getting involved with and making a difference in the community.
• Previous experience in a food and beverage environment.
• Maintaining a high standard of H&S and Compliance.
