Rapidly growing tech company with Inc. 30 Under 30 CEO is looking for you – a proactive, detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Assistant in the Tempe/Scottsdale area to be the “Alfred” to our CEO. While you may not be charged with saving Gotham City every day, you will have the critical task of being the right-hand person of our very busy CEO.

Job Description

Your average day will fly by and will entail anticipating the needs of the CEO and proactively addressing them. You’ll attend multiple meetings/conference calls where you’ll take minutes and track projects, manage schedules, coordinate travel arrangements and organize email, voicemail and other communications.
