Our business model is built around a cloud-based platform and accompanying mobile applications for iOS and Android that offer members access to information and help when they need it.

With our platform and mobile apps live, we’re looking to continue our increasingly rapid growth. We are seeking a Sales Associate who can contribute to this growth via identification and targeting of employer prospects, pipeline development in targeted markets and strategic approaches to onboarding new customers. The successful candidate will help design effective sales strategies, refine collateral, create proposals and provide voice of the customer feedback in cross functional settings.

Job Description

  • Build, grow, and manage a regional pipeline
  • Form relationships, regularly close deals, and engage existing partners
  • Prioritize and assess opportunities across various channels
  • Work closely with your team to meet and exceed sales goals

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of direct work experience in a sales capacity
  • Tenacity, pathological optimism, and accountability
  • Proven ability to cold call and generate new business over the phone
  • Success in qualifying opportunities involving multiple key decision makers
  • Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills
  • Able to build relationship with potential customer
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of healthcare benefits a plus
  • Startup experience a plus
