We're looking for an agile Account Manager to serve as the primary liaison for designated clients & accounts - from managing the implementation process to servicing long term needs. In collaboration with our technology, operations and sales teams, the Account Manager ensures that overall business goals are met through effective product implementation and unparalleled client relationship management.

Job Description

  • Build and cultivate relationships with employer, broker and TPA partners
  • Manage the Zest Health implementation and account servicing process
  • Tailor implementation plans according to client specifics and work with cross-functional teams to make sure solution is properly deployed on schedule 
  • Identify clients’ needs, solve problems and execute strategies effectively
  • Ensure client is on track to meet company and client success criteria 
  • Drive initiatives (where possible) to expand existing client relationships
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Zest’s products and services  
  • Provide valuable voice of the customer input to ensure product development efforts are assessed and prioritized appropriately


Qualifications

  • 4 year college degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2-3 years of external project or implementations management required; experience in account management or client service preferred. 
  • Ability to engage clients as you build relationships quickly and effectively
  • Organized, independent, resourceful, detail-oriented and diligent in maintaining customer data
  • Ambitious and ready to keep up with a competitive, goal-driven, start-up environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • CRM / project management software proficiency a plus
  • Experience in/knowledge of healthcare, insurance or employee benefits preferred
