Our business model is built around a cloud-based platform and accompanying mobile applications for iOS and Android that offer members access to benefits information, appointment scheduling,  24/7 concierge support and more. 

We’re growing quickly and are looking for a Marketing Associate to assist in the development, execution and performance analysis of Zest Health’s marketing strategies, communications, and public relations activities. This role will create content and implement plans related to marketing (traditional, digital), social media, press, industry events, product launches and sales enablement. Reporting to the Director, Marketing, the Marketing Associate provides tactical support, research and data-driven recommendations on key initiatives to increase brand awareness and drive revenue growth. 

Job Description

  • Develop content and materials to support marketing strategies (including presentations, case studies, web content, member vignettes, testimonial videos, etc.) across sales channels and for client-facing implementations and engagement.
  • Contribute to integrated marketing strategy by analyzing and reporting on key metrics of online marketing channels including website, blog, email / lead nurturing, social media, organic search, and paid search; Identify relevant trends and provide proactive recommendations to enhance and exceed goals and objectives.
  • Create and manage segmentation lists for marketing communications; conduct A/B testing with relevant audiences, review and present findings to improve campaign performance.
  • Manage social media efforts, test and analyze paid campaign performance, and gather useful data to ensure outreach effectiveness.
  • Coordinate marketing needs (booth, display, collateral, etc.) for industry events & trade shows
  • Assist as needed with public relations, including writing press releases and media pitches.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business or a related discipline. Graduate degree a plus.
  • 2+ years of experience in a content, product, social or growth marketing role
  • Experience with social network management, digital media advertising and strong PowerPoint skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to effectively analyze data and develop clear, actionable reports and metrics
  • Comfort developing content and experimenting with a variety of techniques; outstanding writing, editing and overall communications skills
  • Experience in healthcare or employee benefits related markets helpful. Startup experience highly desired
  • Some experience in design (e.g. InDesign, Photoshop) and web (e.g., HTML, website content management platforms) desired
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members across multiple functions
  • Strong desire to change the world of consumer healthcare through technology
