Relentless Recovery is a high volume Collateral Recovery Agency servicing all of Ohio. We are currently looking for energetic, customer-focused team players to join our team of Account Managers. This position manages multiple clients and hours will be from 9AM to 5PM.

Responsibilities:

• Research accounts to locate collateral
• Update account information
• Provide status updates to clients and internal staff
• Provide client support
• Assist team members when needed

• Must be adaptable and non-resistant to change!
• Intermediate computer skills; must be experienced with Excel or similar programs
  
• High School diploma or GED (Associate’s degree or higher preferred)
  
• Stable work history
  
• Excellent Customer Service skills (Industry-related experience preferred. Prior sales experience helpful)
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; professional presentation.
  
• Must be able to work in a team as well as individually with minimal supervision
  
• Ability to type a minimum of 40 wpm
  
• Ability to relate to people from all walks of life and different socio-economic backgrounds; remain calm in volatile situations; articulate and overcome objections; be self assured/confident; strong ability to close
  
• 100% Attendance, Punctuality, Competency, Positive Attitude, and Focus.
