Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION – all duties included but are not limited to;
▪ Oversee all Account Executives, Receptionist and Data Entry Admin
▪ Conduct weekly audits for each Account Executive
▪ Create and manage weekly productivity reports for each Account Executive
▪ Perform continued training; for all AE’s as a whole and on an individualized basis
▪ Analyzing team’s workload and determining how to account for extremities; whether that be through direct involvement or through delegation of tasks
o The objective is to maintain continuity of business
▪ Carry out performance reviews, disciplinary actions, records of discussion as needed by monitoring all personnel and holding them accountable for their actions
▪ Maintain relationship with the Field Agent Managers
o If an AE is having an issue with a recovery agent, you will address the issue with the recovery agent’s manager
▪ Collaborating with members of upper management on a daily basis
▪ Represent Relentless, in every interaction as professional, knowledgeable and with high integrity; respecting and valuing every customer, maintaining privacy and protecting our client’s information as well as, Relentless.
▪ Effectively communicate with team members, management, clients, and customers in reference to customer service issues using nothing but exceptional customer service skills.
