Job Description

The successful candidate will manage all building related projects, create budgets, timelines, and work with all relevant groups to achieve budget and timeline targets.  He/she must be capable of working through the development of a budget that achieves the stated project goals at the best cost.  The candidate will develop short term and long term site plans for building and property related projects.  He/she will also develop the standard building and repair costs needed for the initial budget creation.

Qualifications

  • BSE Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
  • 5+ years’ experience in managing building projects, securing quotes, creating budgets, establishing timelines as well as managing and coordinating internal and external resources 
  • A familiarity with various US building codes
  • International building code experience in Mexico and Hungary would be a plus
