We are looking for a Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team the our World Headquarters in St. Louis, MO.  The Marketing Communications Specialist will provide marketing and communications services including trade show coordination, development of promotional marketing materials, company website maintenance, preparation of sales presentations, company and market newsletters, etc.

Responsibilities include:

• Plan, coordinate and execute all corporate trade shows (domestic and international), develop materials, schedules, and coordinate related activities
• Prepare marketing materials including product data sheets, sales presentations, brochures, and other sales and marketing documents
• Prepare marketing plans, advertisement budget, track costs to control expenses, evaluate effectiveness of marketing communications
• Maintain company website, develop content including text, picture, video, etc.; manage digital advertising (Google Adwords, etc.)
• Serve as liaison with advertising agencies and other related vendors
• Prepare company press releases, news articles and interviews, ensure adherence to corporate identity standards, style and format
• Prepare and publishe weekly market newsletters
• Coordinate and edit quarterly company newsletters
• Develop and manage the company's social media presence
• Assist Human Resources team with internal communications initiatives
• Assist inside sales activities including occasional customer correspondence

• BS in Marketing, Communication or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Marketing/Communications function. Experience with technical marketing materials and industrial manufacturing industry a plus.
• Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS, WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
• Experience with trade show coordination
• Excellent customer service skills, written communication skills, and professionalism
• Ability to set your own agenda and plan/organize tasks
• Ability to function in a matrix environment and support multiple areas of the business
• Ability to read, analyze, interpret or write technical documents
