Zoltek is looking for a Network Administrator with strong multisite WAN experience to join our team in our Corporate Headquarters. The Network Administrator will report to the Director of Information Technology, and will administer software, communication, and hardware systems including monitoring of active networks. 

Responsibilities will include:

• Microsoft Active Directory set up and administration
• Microsoft Exchange set up and administration
• Router and Switch set up and administration
• Firewall, SSL, & VPN set up and administration
• Provide end user support and on call/afterhours support
• Troubleshoot network performance issues, create and maintain effective security/backup and disaster recovery processes and systems
• Recommend upgrades, new applications and equipment
• Monitor use, capacity, and performance of network systems
• Ensure installation and implementation of new equipment/software as required
• Maintain effective relationships with external suppliers to ensure appropriate levels of support

• High school diploma required, AS/BS in Information Technology or related field a plus
• 3-5 years of experience with Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft Active Directory in a multiple domain environment
• 1-2 years of experience in Firewall, Virtual Private Networks, and SSL Certificate
• Experience with Cisco IOS
• Good trouble shooting and problem solving skills, customer service, verbal and written communication, professionalism, planning and organizational skills
