The Production Supervisor oversees the work of the production team on the assigned night shift, and ensures that production, quality and safety goals are met.

Responsibilities:                

• Accomplishes production goals by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching counseling, and disciplining employees.
• Executes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel, accomplishing work results, establishing priorities, monitoring progress, revising schedules, resolving problems, reporting shift production results through shift summary report.
• Maintains safe, ethical and clean work environment.
• Maintains quality on the shift by enforcing and monitoring established standards and procedures.
• Resolves personnel problems by analyzing data, investigating issues, identifying solutions, recommending action.
• Maintains employee daily attendance records, and all daily production records.

Work schedule: 12-hour shifts from 6pm to 6am with rotating schedule: 2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 2-5 years of manufacturing supervisory experience
• Excellent verbal communication skills, training and coaching skills
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Computer Skills:  Microsoft Word, Excel, Email, Internet
