The associate will be responsible for answering online chat requests from online shoppers. Conversations are not scripted. The ability to think quickly and respond in writing within seconds is a must.
This is not a tech-support position. Natural, directed conversation that meets the needs of our clients and their shoppers is the product the associate will be responsible for producing.
ActivEngage is currently seeking team members for our morning, afternoon and Saturday shifts in Maitland, FL.
This is a full-time, 40 hours a week, in office position. We want career-oriented professionals to help us continue to lead the industry in online conversations.

Type quickly and accurately
Must type 40 WPM - Interviews will not be granted to those below 40 WPM
Be professional in tone, grammar and address
Multi-task; handle multiple chats at once, seek multiple pieces of information while maintaining fluid conversations
Willingness to ask questions and find answers
Maintain focus on the customer and conversation
Receive critiques and instruction in ways to improve performance and incorporate changes
MUST be experienced surfing the internet, navigating web pages, handle distractions well
Constantly learn and adapt to become better and more developed
Prefer stable work history
Bilingual is a plus - ether French or Spanish
