Job Description

As an Inside Sales Representative/Recruiter for our client, a vibrant and successful company in one of the fastest growing industries, you will be responsible for developing new clients by converting warm leads into sales




Confidence, organizational skills and enthusiasm

Ability to establish rapport with a wide variety of people

Ability to target and develop clients through existing database and new leads

Use of a consultative approach to meet with clients to evaluate their needs

A solutions-orientation that meets or exceeds expectations

Ability to work well in an independent environment

Responsible and focused on high level of personal performance


·         Minimum of 2 years sales experience

·         Proven track record of consultative selling – appointment setting, presentations and closing

·         Results-oriented professional

·         Dynamic personality, excellent communication and presentation skills

·         Demonstrated success selling over the telephone

·         Self and money motivated and goal driven

·         Work experience in a fast-paced environment

·         MUST have experience closing sales over the phone and selling HIGH TICKET items

·         Experience making 50 to 100 calls per day

·         Experience meeting or exceeding quotas - working within a performance based program

·         Experience with a short/emotional sale cycle (no more than 48 hours)

·         Intangible sales experien


Compensation:Paid training$60,000 to $90,000 annually (base salary + Commission + Benefits)Fully equipped office with technical support providedce
