Job Description

As an Inside Sales Representative/Recruiter for our client, a vibrant and successful company in one of the fastest growing industries, you will be responsible for developing new clients by converting warm leads into sales.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years sales experience
  • Proven track record of consultative selling – appointment setting, presentations and closing
  • Results-oriented professional
  • Dynamic personality, excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated success selling over the telephone
  • Self and money motivated and goal driven
  • Work experience in a fast-paced environment
  • MUST have experience closing sales over the phone and selling HIGH TICKET items
  • Experience making 50 to 100 calls per day
  • Experience meeting or exceeding quotas - working within a performance based program

  • Experience with a short/emotional sale cycle (no more than 48 hours)
  • Intangible sales experience

Compensation:

Paid training

$60,000 to $90,000 annually (base salary + Commission + Benefits)
