As the manager of International Display and Paid Social, you will be a key leader responsible for extending our mission globally. We are looking for a data-driven, analytical, and highly pragmatic media professional with experience managing high performance digital media campaigns. This is a unique opportunity to work for a mission-driven company leading the market in personal genomics and family history.
Drive strategic direction and operational excellence of Paid Social and Display across key international markets to drive profitable revenue growth
Manage the revenue forecast and delivery for your channels, identifying new opportunities to increase scale and deliver on performance targets
Serve as global thought leader for performance media, sharing insights and learnings across the marketing organization and developing best practices for paid social across platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.
Lead in house media team and external agencies to execute and optimize strategies, balancing in-house vs agency to optimize resource allocation and create operational excellence
Work closely with Country Managers and Creative Strategy teams to develop campaign strategies, creative execution ideas, and optimize the customer experience across channels
Partner with Media Analyst and Operations team to develop testing roadmap and drive innovation with platforms and data partners
Work with CRM team to create advanced retargeting strategies and automated cross-channel campaigns
- Experience localizing digital marketing campaigns across international markets
- 3-5 years relevant experience
Proven success managing performance-based marketing programs within monthly revenue and spend targets to drive profitable growth for a consumer brand
Deep knowledge of display media channels, paid social, programmatic buying, audience targeting, AdTech/MarTech platforms
Ability to lead, influence, and collaborate cross-functionally and across geographic locations
Understanding of tracking, attribution, and analytics best practices
Significant expertise leveraging data to improve marketing performance
Experience successfully managing agencies and consultant resources
Proactive and solution-oriented with ability to multi-task and adapt priorities to changing business needs
