Job Description


Hardware and software support for end users throughout the company. 


•Monitor and Resolve Help Desk Requests
•Facilitate PC desktop and end-user support
•Workstation PC Setup, deployment & inventory
•Desktop Hardware Maintenance
•User account creation/maintenance
•New user deployment and moves
•VoIP Telephone system - user administration
•Other computer related tasks



The following skills, knowledge and experience are required for this position unless noted otherwise:

•Exceptional ability to troubleshoot technology problems specific to the desktop PC, laptops and thin clients.
•Extensive knowledge of Windows XP O/S
•MS Office suite and Outlook 2010
•PC hardware and troubleshooting or fault identification
•Voice and data communication cabling and equipment
•Remote Desktop Client and Remote Assistance
•2 or more years experience with MS Windows 7
•Microsoft Active Directory basic administration
•Batch scripting and DOS Windows command line
•PC Imaging Tools skills
•Database technologies knowledge
•Networking fundamentals knowledge

•Strong time management skills
